Services

FCMG provides studio recording, mixing and mastering, music and film production, distribution, branding and artist development services. All services are subject to availability and a separate service agreement or booking confirmation.

Bookings

• Booking requests are confirmed only once FCMG accepts them in writing.
• Session rates, add-ons, and estimated totals are estimates and may be adjusted based on final scope.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of a session may incur a fee.

Payments

• Studio sessions, tickets, and merchandise are payable via M-Pesa or other methods we specify.
• Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and may change without notice.
• A booking or order is only confirmed once payment is received and verified.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including logos, text, images, releases, and artwork — is owned by FCMG or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Ownership of recordings and productions is governed by the relevant service agreement.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the site to submit false, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise site security.
• Do not scrape or copy content for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of Liability

FCMG provides its website and services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FCMG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
